I had some work recently completed by Angus and his team May 2023, this included a renovated bathroom, laundry and bedroom with walk in closet. In 2022 I met with Angus several times and he produced computer images of what the work would look like. The team had everything organised for us, we would go to different suppliers and showrooms and pick the items we wanted. Once the work started it was a very smooth process, we knew which trades would be coming and when.

We are very happy with the overall finish, we now have 3 very functional spaces that meet the needs of a busy family, the flow of the overall home works better as well. The scheduled payments also helped as you were making regular payments whilst the build was occurring. The team did a great job in cleaning up once the work was completed. I would highly recommend Angus and his team as they are effective communicators, they listen and collaborate with you and they co-ordinate the tradesman which makes the job much easier. We will be getting further works done and will use Freshwater Builders to do that work for us.

Angus, from Freshwater Designer Builders, planned and coordinated the upgrade to our 70’s style, alternative, handmade house. This was a challenging task due to the original unconventional build.  Angus did a great job and successfully managed to blend the renovations with the existing style to preserve the character of our home. The build was very well managed. Contract documentation was thorough.  Angus was professional, easy to communicate with and patient.  Any queries or problems were responded to and resolved quickly.  His team stuck to the timeline, and were skilled, efficient and friendly workers.

Overall, we were happy with the quality of the build and the time to construct. Highly recommended!

We contracted Freshwater Design Builders to construct a carport on the front of our home at Trinity Beach.  Working with Angus Warnock in the planning phase was an absolute pleasure.  He ensured the new designs blended perfectly with the existing structure, while providing a very functional space for housing a caravan and 4WD.  Using Euro Wood cladding for the parapet and ceiling ensured a modern and maintenance free finish.   During the planning phase Angus was very accommodating to our needs and professionally negotiated all the approval processes required through the Council and Body Corporation.    The quality of the build was excellent and full credit to Mitchell and his team for a great job. The build was done with minimum disruption to our everyday life and was completed on time.  Both Sue and I would highly recommend Freshwater Design Builders to any potential client.

I engaged Angus and his team to renovate my kitchen, 2 bathrooms and other needed bits and pieces along the way. Could not be happier with the end result. Throughout the course of the renovation, Angus was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project.

Our job was done with care and precision, always taking into consideration what was contained in the well set-out contract, ensuring the contract was adhered to at all times. He has the rare ability to both listen and advise in equal measure, co-ordinate all aspects of the project with little fuss and is timely with deadlines.

Each individual tradesman that worked on our renovation were highly skilled in what they did, worked in a professional and courteous manner and always cleaned up after themselves!

Angus gave honest opinions and ideas and when problems arose (as they do in building projects), they were quickly resolved. We’ve ended up with a stunning renovation, all delivered with the professionalism you would expect of a tradesman many years older than Angus.

Angus was very approachable and always willing to carry out work to meet our needs. If any variations/issues arose, he was able to quickly inform me of the issues and how to resolve them.

His attention to Workplace Health & Safety was a high priority for Angus and his team during our renovation.

Formal contracts were in place throughout all stages of the project, and these were adhered to at all times. Whenever any issues/variations arose with the project, Angus was very prompt in his communication and ensured that I was provided with options in order to rectify the issue.

All work was completed to a very high standard. In addition, I found Angus to be very approachable and knowledgeable and he was willing to provide professional advice in order to best meet my needs.   Angus ensured that all workplace health and safety requirements were adhered to and took relevant precautions to ensure the safety of his team.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Angus’s work and would not hesitate to utilise him again or recommend him to others seeking construction work.
