From and outdated 1960’s family home lacking space, to the ultimate 2020’s modern Queenslander!
This property was purchased back in 2016, with the age-old idea of buying the worst house in the best street! In saying that, it had so much potential and the dwellings structural integrity was deemed as excellent for its age!
The ultimate upgrade! From the initial consultation, we knew we were up for a challenge, and we weren’t wrong! With its contemporary architectural design, featuring several contrasting linings and finishes, we were able to create this industrial take on a more traditional farmhouse. A one of a kind project that has everyone involved ecstatic with the final product!

Red Ochre Street
We were approached by our client, who had purchased this large family home several years back, in the peaceful Redlynch Valley, to offer some much need advice and guidance to bring their home back to life and ensure functionality for their large and busy family!
A complete rejuvenation of this 4 bedroom family home was to follow, including;
Kitchen, main bathroom, en-suite, laundry, media room addition, flooring throughout and electrical upgrade, just to name a few.
Both parties involved are extremely happy with the outcome. This family has now settled back into a vibrant and spacious home!
Diamond Close Stratford
A recently completed ground floor fit-out including a 2nd kitchen/bar complete with granite tops, a large bedroom with built-in robe, bathroom and a spacious living area. This beautiful home in Stratford is now complete!
Giauca Street Redlynch
From planning to completion. This custom designed family home was a pleasure to build!
This residence has been constructed with our tropical climate in mind. The light weight construction of floor, wall and roof framing – insulated throughout, plenty of ventilation provided via louver banks and corner stacking patio slider doors catching the North-Easterly winds, will ensure the house will remain cool through the harsh summer months ahead (Minus the electricity bill)!

Walsh Street Edge Hill
An amazing addition to this residence on Walsh street, edge Hill.
We were approached by our client to transform an unusable slopping section of their allotment into a self contained unit, adding a bedroom with dual walk-in robes, en suite, fully functional kitchen, a spacious entertaining area and landscaping, a parents retreat we produced!!
Due to the site layout, we knew we were up for some hard yaka, as the rear yard is only accessible via a 1500 wide footpath consisting of 2 x flights of stairs and a retaining wall, which means no machinery access. We manhandled the hell out of this one!
All parties involved couldn’t be more happy with the final product!
