Heavy structural modifications were incorporated to enable the spacious, open plan living and unobstructed views via beautiful glazing by Gjames Glass and Aluminium, with zero step thresholds and drainage from internal > external living. The small details evident in this project are really top notch.
The scope included living/dining, kitchen, outdoor living/pool finishing, 2 x bedrooms, man bathroom and laundry, plus hallway and relocation of main entrance, a master bedroom/ensuite renovation to complete this family home.

The integrity of the team was clearly demonstrated when a tile defect was identified during the project. The defect was very difficult to identify and only noticeable in certain lights after tiles had been laid and cleaned. Angus identified the defect to us quickly and had a clear plan to rectify before we had even noticed. I’m confident many other builders would have hoped we wouldn’t notice or tried to convince us that the defect was natural variation in the tiles.
