Walsh Street Edge Hill
We were approached by our client to transform an unusable slopping section of their allotment into a self contained unit, adding a bedroom with dual walk-in robes, en suite, fully functional kitchen, a spacious entertaining area and landscaping, a parents retreat we produced!!
Due to the site layout, we knew we were up for some hard yaka, as the rear yard is only accessible via a 1500 wide footpath consisting of 2 x flights of stairs and a retaining wall, which means no machinery access. We manhandled the hell out of this one!
All parties involved couldn’t be happier with the final product!
